From June 30 to July 2, 2023, sponsored by the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and hosted by the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of Science and Technology (Anhui Provincial Hospital), the "2023 Advanced Forum on Geriatric Health Management and the First Summit Forum on Technology Innovation and Application of Chronic Disease Health Management with Intellectual Empowerment"; was successfully held in Hefei. The forum is a 2023 national Continuing Medical Education project, project number: 2023-12-17-025 (country), and those who complete the training can get 5 credits (Class I).

The conference includes the main venue and three sub-venues to share the technological innovation and application cases of health management for the elderly, early screening of cancer, Empowering with wisdom and chronic disease. At the main forum, Professor Zeng Qiang, deputy director of the Expert Committee of the Chinese Geriatric Society and honorary president of the Health Management Branch, delivered the opening speech and keynote report, saying that health management is the core of promoting health and longevity of the elderly, and the core concept of health management is "preventing serious diseases, managing chronic diseases, and promoting health". It is emphasized that accurate health management is an organic combination of early detection, accurate assessment and personalized intervention. Tu Qilei, president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society, Ouyang Ping, Sun Jinhai and other chairmen of the health management branch of the Medical Association of various provinces and cities, directors of the health management center of various hospitals, experts and scholars all made wonderful keynote reports on smart health management, health examination, sports health and other aspects.

With the acceleration of population aging, health of the aged has become an important part of health management. At the geriatric Health Branch, Leng Song, vice president of the Health Management Branch, and Xue Wenjie, member of the committee, respectively explained the practice of immune cell detection and community health management, and lecturing experts from various provinces and cities shared topics such as geriatric health and traditional Chinese medicine conditioning, pulmonary nodules health management, and geriatric nurse training.

In the Cancer Early Screening Forum, experts took reducing the incidence and fatality rate of cancer as the starting point, and exchanged discussions on cancer early screening technology and the application of new technologies as the theme, laying a good foundation for promoting the standardized, accurate and systematic development of early cancer screening and diagnosis and treatment.

"Empowering with Wisdom · Chronic Disease health Management Technology innovation and application case sharing" is also the highlight of this conference, which aims to provide a chronic disease management practice and exchange platform for the majority of medical personnel, and further promote medical personnel to master the new concept, new progress and new technology of chronic disease management. After collecting and screening, high-quality cases in 6 cutting-edge technology fields, such as portable skin malignant tumor detector based on artificial intelligence, flexible drive and sensor research and development based on polymer 3D printing, and early diagnosis of recurrent glioma based on artificial intelligence technology, appeared at the forum, and Tu Qilei, president of Health Management Branch, and participating experts made wonderful comments.

The conference invited well-known experts from the national health management field and China University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Fudan University and other institutions to talk about new policies, new ideas and new technologies in the field of cancer early screening, elderly health and artificial intelligence, aiming to improve the health management concept and practical ability of practitioners, and promote the promotion of new health management technologies. It attracted nearly 500 domestic experts and scholars in the field of health management and cancer early screening to attend the event, which was unanimously affirmed by the participating experts and students.
