President Fan Li attended the meeting and made a speech, Zhang Qiujian, honorary director of the Expert Committee of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Chen Zheng, Vice President and legal representative of the society, Cheng Zhi, Cao Feng, Hou Huiru, Director of the Expert Committee He Yao, deputy Director Zeng Qiang and Zhang Wei, honorary director of the Standardization Working Committee Qin Xiaoming attended the meeting, and all the staff of the society participated. Xu Xiaodong said in the summary report that 2023 is the first year of in-depth implementation of the Party's 20 major spirit, and it is the year of forging ahead in learning high-quality development. All colleagues of the society united and cooperated, worked hard, successfully completed various tasks, created a new situation for the construction and development of the society, and made remarkable achievements: first, the Party's construction was further strengthened, the "first issue" system was deepened, and the implementation of the Party's line, principles and policies was ensured; Thematic education has been carried out in depth to enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the party branch; Solid progress has been made in building clean social organizations, and a long-term mechanism has been formed. Second, the brand building influence continues to expand, successfully held the 9th China Geriatrics and Technology Innovation Conference; "Health Lecture Hall" brand building is strong, praised by the National Health Commission. Learn to form brand image gradually. Completed the logo revision and website upgrade, and won the title of "Excellent Science and Technology Publicity Organization" awarded by Health newspaper. Third, new progress was made in academic research and training exchanges. The publication of textbooks, the compilation of monographs, scientific research projects, personnel training, standardization system construction, and the promotion of the combination of medical and nursing work have all achieved fruitful results. At the meeting, Vice President Chen Zheng made a report on the work plan for 2024, mainly focusing on four aspects of work: First, to promote the deep integration of party building work and business work.
