It is not appropriate to take a walk immediately after a meal, just after eating, it is the time of digestion, if you take a bath immediately, the blood will concentrate on the skin surface, the stomach blood is reduced, thereby affecting the digestion and absorption of food, it is recommended to rest for 1-2 hours before taking a bath. Especially elderly people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, taking a bath immediately after a meal may also lead to accidents. 3. Don't rush to eat fruit. People believe that eating some fruit after a meal helps to promote digestion, but they do not know that there should be a certain time interval between the two, it is recommended to eat fruit 1-2 hours after a meal, or eat before a meal. Because eating fruit immediately after a meal will affect digestion and absorption, and even cause bloating, increasing discomfort after meals.
Health should pay attention to the correct time node, pay attention to details.
