Recently, the outpatient department came up with an anxious aunt Zhang (a pseudonym), as soon as he entered the consulting room, he was worried and said his situation "Doctor, my face is ruined, red and hot and long pimple, a hot and tingling feeling, how to do". After taking off the mask, we can see the flaky red spots on Aunt Zhang's face, with mixed capillary dilatation, papules and pustules, mainly on the cheeks, nose and forehead. After a detailed consultation aunt told us: facial skin color yellow and black, compared to sisters have no confidence, do not intend to see a small advertisement, mask whitening and moisturizing, cruel to store it one hundred, at first is really bright and white, the more the use of the effect is not right, the face is red and hot, eat spicy heat more serious, aggravated day after day, anxiety difficult to medical treatment.

So what is the problem with Aunt Zhang's face, how to deal with it initially, how to prevent the occurrence of this situation, and quickly collect the following tricks.

Aunt Zhang's case is a facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, commonly known as "hormone face". The onset is related to the long-term continuous or intermittent use of hormone-containing external drugs or cosmetics, especially some products on the market with whitening and freckle removal slogans will be mixed with glucocorticoids, and patients will become dependent after long-term use, and the original skin lesions will be significantly improved when used. Once discontinuation, the primary lesion worsens or changes in acute or subacute dermatitis occur at the original site.

The clinical manifestations of hormone-dependent dermatitis are as follows: after long-term topical use of glucocorticoids, bright red patches appear in the original site, visible skin dryness, desquamation, capillary dilatation, papules, pustules, etc. The surface is smooth, skin lines disappear, and patients often feel stinging or burning sensation. With repeated use of glucocorticoids, the above symptoms will be further aggravated.

Faced with such a difficult problem, how to treat? Because the disease is easy to repeat, often cause patients anxiety, therefore, patients should fully understand the characteristics of the disease, enhance the confidence in treatment. Long-term external use of glucocorticoids can easily lead to increased sensitivity of the skin to various external stimuli, and symptoms are aggravated after exposure to sun, wind, heat and eating irritating food, so anti-sensitivity and moisturizing medical skin care products should be used together to reduce skin sensitivity. Topical treatment generally adopts weak hormone decline method, and topical calcium is replaced with glucocorticoid by phosphatase inhibitor tacrolimus ointment or pimeclimus cream to reduce hormone dependence and relapse after withdrawal, and play anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. Systemic treatment mainly includes internal administration of antihistamines, accompanied with acneoid dermatitis can be added to minocycline, tetracycline and so on.

Having said all this, how can we prevent hormone-dependent dermatitis? How can we avoid lightning for Zhang aunts who love beauty, so that our middle-aged and elderly friends can safely and effectively become beautiful? Here, knock on the blackboard!

It can be said: the pursuit of beauty without age, elderly women should be rational, careful choice of skin care products, abuse of hormones will spoil the face, online shopping is cheap, three no products are not considered, unknown ingredients are not used, safe and reliable as the principle, formal channels to buy, product formula is credible; Fast whitening is not credible, moisturizing sunscreen is the foundation, simple and mild is the king.
