He is currently the director and researcher of the Department of Disease Prevention and Control at the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital. Mainly engaged in the epidemiological investigation and control of hospital infections (infectious diseases). He/She has successively presided over 18 national and military scientific research projects. As the first or main contributor, I have won 18 provincial and ministerial-level (military) science and technology progress awards (including 7 second prizes). The main author or corresponding author has published over 190 papers (more than 40 of which have been indexed by SCI). He has edited 8 books. Presided over the release of two national standards. Obtained three software Copyrights.

Main academic positions: (1) Standing Director of the Council of the Chinese Geriatrics Society and President of the Second Committee of the Infection Management Quality Control Branch; (2) Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the National Hospital Infection Management Medical Quality Control Center; (3) Director of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Vice Chairperson of the 6th Committee of the Hospital Infection Control Branch, Standing Committee Member of the 7th Committee of the Disinfection Branch, and Member of the 9th Committee of the Epidemiology Branch; (4) Member of the Hospital Infection Control Standards Committee of the 8th National Health Standards Committee; (5) Member of the Disinfection Standards Committee of the First National Committee for Disease Control and Prevention Standards; (6) Member of the Disinfection Expert Committee of the National Disease Control and Prevention Administration; (7) Chief Editor of Chinese Journal of Nosocomial Infections and Deputy Chief Editor of Chinese Journal of Disinfection.
