What is "inverted flowering"? It refers to the occurrence of abnormal vaginal bleeding like menstruation again in women after menopause, that is, postmenopausal bleeding.
It is not that women have a second spring and can return to their old age. On the contrary, "flowering" is not a good thing.

So what are the reasons for the "inverted flowering"?
1. Malignant tumors of reproductive organs. Endometrial cancer is the most common, followed by cervical cancer, and advanced ovarian cancer often presents with blood-like secretions or irregular vaginal bleeding.
2. Genital tract inflammation or benign tumor. Such as endometritis, submucosal myoma combined infection, endometrial polyp, ovarian benign tumor combined infection, cervical polyp and various vaginitis, especially senile vaginitis is the most common. Elderly women's vaginal wall atrophy and thinning, coupled with inflammation and easy congestion, there will be a small number of bloody leukorrhea.
3. In recent years, due to the increasing use of estrogen replacement therapy in postmenopausal women, or the frequent use of traditional Chinese medicine with blood-activating function, the proportion of postmenopausal bleeding caused by pharmacogenic drugs has also increased.
In addition, postmenopausal intrauterine IUD is not taken for a long time, due to ovarian atrophy after menopause, the decrease of estrogen level in the body leads to uterine atrophy, and the IUD is embedded into the uterine muscle layer, and the endometrium and muscle layer are damaged, which can also cause vaginal bleeding. Therefore, it is recommended that women get the ring within six months to one year after menopause.
In summary, the causes of vaginal bleeding have the above categories, in the case of unclear reasons, once there is vaginal bleeding, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible, can not save the lucky mind.
In addition, with the progress of medical technology and the improvement of women's awareness of women's health care, regular annual gynecological physical examination is also a necessary means to screen for malignant tumors.
