The first release of the national planning textbook for the Medical Care of the Elderly in China

    The Chinese Geriatric Society, the Health Bureau of the Logistics Support Department of the Military Commission and the People's Health Publishing Group jointly compiled the training materials for the Medical Care of the Elderly in China, including four volumes of basic, skills (common diseases and geriatric syndromes) and (daily life and activities), and classic cases of hospital care, with nearly 2 million words. The second working meeting of the first Council

In order to promote the development and standardized management of the society, the society held the second working meeting of the first Board of Directors on April 15, 2017 at the "China Medical City" International Expo Center in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. The meeting listened to the report of the Vice president and Secretary-General of the Army on the summary of the annual work of the Chinese Geriatric Society in 2016 and the annual work plan in 2017, and highly affirmed the achievements of the society in 2016, and agreed in principle to the work plan in 2017.
