On October 29, 2025, in order to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting, loving, helping and caring for the elderly in the Chinese nation, and to enhance the physical and mental health literacy and self-health care awareness of the elderly, the Health Management Branch of the China Geriatrics Society, in collaboration with the Party Branch of the College of Elderly Welfare of Civil Affairs Vocational University, A "Party Building + Free Medical Consultation" Chongyang Festival elderly care public welfare activity was jointly held at the Party-Mass Service Center of Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing.

There were multiple specialized free medical consultation stations at the event site, covering professional fields such as nutritional and dietary guidance, health management consultation, cardiovascular internal medicine examination, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. Professor Zhang Qing, Vice president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, and Teacher Qi Chengcheng, a committee member, along with many other medical experts, patiently listened to the health demands of elderly residents, meticulously answered various health-related questions, and provided scientific and standardized diagnosis and treatment suggestions as well as personalized life guidance for common and frequently-occurring diseases among the elderly. This truly achieved the sinking of high-quality medical resources. Let professional medical services reach the grassroots communities with warmth.
