Professor Fan Li, the president of the Chinese Society of Geriatrics, pointed out that since its establishment, the society has always adhered to the core mission of "developing geriatrics and serving the health of the elderly", continuously built platforms, and promoted cross-disciplinary cooperation and innovation in cutting-edge technology research and service models. Emphasizing that physical health is a key approach to delaying disability and enhancing the effectiveness of chronic disease prevention and treatment, the society will fully support the Sports Health Branch in improving the elderly sports health service system, so that scientific exercise can benefit more elderly people.

Academician Li Jian 'an from Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, centering on the dialectical principle of "aging - disease - exercise", deeply analyzed the interaction among the three, providing a solid theoretical and logical support for exercise intervention in the elderly. President Wang Ru of Shanghai University of Sport focused on "Key Technologies and Applications of Exercise in the Prevention and Treatment of Metabolic Diseases", sharing scientific exercise intervention plans for elderly patients with metabolic diseases from the perspective of the combination of exercise physiology and clinical practice. Professor Zhou Shaohua from the University of Science and Technology of China, with the theme of "AI Empowering Future Elderly Health Management", deeply analyzed the application logic and practical cases of artificial intelligence technology in scenarios such as elderly health risk screening, personalized exercise plan formulation, and long-term health monitoring. He proposed that AI technology will drive the transformation of elderly health management from "passive response" to "active prevention" Provide core support for precise and efficient elderly health services.

Professor Chen Zheng, Vice President of the Chinese Society of Geriatrics, Secretary Gu Shouyong of Jiangsu Provincial Geriatric Hospital, Professor Yu Jiakuo of Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University, Xu Jiaren, President of Jiangsu Society of Geriatrics, and Professor Bao Jimin, Vice President of the Sports and Health Branch, respectively presided over the event.
