To thoroughly implement the requirements of the special education on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements, and adhere to the concept of putting people first and benefiting the people, from June 12th to 14th, 2026, the Chinese Society of Geriatrics formed a vanguard team of Party members and, taking the theme party day as the starting point, successfully held the 10th special training course for "Elderly Capacity Assessors" in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This activity aims to enhance the level of grassroots elderly care services under the leadership of Party building, and to safeguard the health and well-being of the elderly with care and dedication. It is a vivid practice of the society promoting the in-depth integration of Party building work with business operations and serving the grassroots people.

We should closely follow the requirements of healthy aging development, focus on serving the grassroots and benefiting the elderly, give full play to the vanguard role of Party members and experts, and go to the front line with professional capabilities to fulfill our original aspirations and missions.

This training precisely met the actual needs of the grassroots level, and all the work was effectively implemented. The training integrates the education on the correct view of political achievements throughout the entire process, guiding the trainees to firmly establish the purpose of serving the people, perform their duties pragmatically and take practical actions. The course takes into account both policy interpretation and practical teaching. It is strictly designed in accordance with professional standards, with specific measures that are easy to learn and apply, helping trainees transform theoretical knowledge into front-line service skills.

This event was led by Hou Huiru, the vice president of the society. A teaching team composed of over ten expert Party members integrated the concept of Party building into professional teaching. The course content was practical and concise, and the explanations were easy to understand. The training was jointly held by the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Health Commission of Chifeng City and Chifeng City Hospital. Nearly 300 young and middle-aged medical staff from the grassroots level participated in the learning.
