On December 3, Wang Jinling, Vice president of the Public Health Service Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society, Lian Shan, General director, and Dong Jianmin, deputy director general, went to Chengdu to conduct field research on the work in the southwest region. During the research, they had in-depth exchanges and discussions with Bai Yufeng, the Standing Committee of Southwest Region (Acting Deputy Director General) and other Standing Committee and member representatives on issues such as organizational construction, health services and academic conferences. This research activity is not only pragmatic and effective, and has achieved remarkable results, indicating the direction for the future development of health services in Southwest region. Through this in-depth discussion and exchange, all parties have a clearer understanding and planning on how to better promote the development of health services in the southwest region.
